So what did I think of Doom of Egypt?

Doom of Egypt has the makings of a home run slot from this developer!

The soundtrack and artwork are some of the best that I've seen anywhere. Interestingly, Play'n GO borrowed much of the artwork from another great slot: Rise of Dead. Why fix what's not broken?

Interestingly, the idea for the features was borrowed from another classic slot from this developer: Book of Dead. It would seem that the developer was trying to combine the best of both worlds, to come up with Doom of Egypt. The result is an exciting, high volatility game that offers that chance at high payouts, with stunning sounds and visuals.

I found that the features triggered frequently enough that I did not have to wait long to get in the extra spins game. It is the best chance for you to collect the highest payouts. I found 40x - 60x total bet achievable in the extra spins - but that's not a given as it can be quite hit and miss. Outside of extra spins, I struggled to collect wins of 20x bet. You'll definitely want to play with all 10 paylines activated. The developer states as much stating the very high volatility.
