For €13 you can get a starter and a choice of either a dessert or a coffee, for €17 you can get a menu that consists of a starter, a main cause and a dessert, and for €15 you have menu with a choice of either a starter with a main course or a main course with a dessert. The beef carpaccio with basil, fries and salad comes with a choice between a dessert or a coffee for €15. There is also a menu for gourmets, which costs €35 and consists of a gourmet duck foie gras salad and a crepe as starters, Cassolette of Saint-Jacques noilly and Leek fondue and beef fillet with Madeira sauce as a main course, and a choice of dessert together with cheeses from the mountain region. Casino players can also enjoy a special set menu: the Jackpot Menu for €18 which consists of a starter and a dessert, and an additional €8 worth of tokens that can be used with the slot machines.
For an exceptional price of €9.90, the Carré d'As offers an all-you-can-eat buffet of Choucroutes, fried mussels, couscous and paella every Wednesday evening.
