The team at the restaurant prepares dishes inspired by local and regional gastronomy. Fans of the Savoy cuisine can find a traditional menu that uses fresh local and seasonal products.
When you come to dine at the restaurant "L'Héliantis", you can enjoy a large selection of dishes. The chef and his team will offer various set menus and also an a la carte menu that regularly changes with the seasons. Among the set menus available are the children's menu for €12, as well as different for €12, €14, €16 and €18, that are only available for lunchtime.
You can discover the extensive menu and find many interesting dishes on their. The menu offers five main categories that include starters, such as warm goat salad in Aumonière for €9, seasonal vegetable soup for €6, fish soup for €6, a charcuterie platter for €10 , Savoyarde salad for €9, the Italian salad for €9, the Niçoise salad for €9 and a Greek salad for €9. The "Les Spécialités de nos Montagnes" category includes a Savoyarde Fondue and a charcuterie platter for €17.50, Savoyarde Fondue Forestière and a charcuterie platter for €18.50, a traditional Raclette with a charcuterie platter for €16, a Boite chaude and a charcuterie platter for €18.50, Ravioles au Beaufort and raw ham gratinés for €14 and the Biquette Fondue and charcuterie platter for €18. The "Les Plats" category includes pan-fried or grilled entrecôte with pepper sauce for €18, beef tartare for €15, duck breast with honey sauce for €15, steak haché pan-fried or grilled for €9, a hamburger for €10, the Mac Casino for €12, tagliatelle carbonara for €7.50, sliced poultry with mushrooms for €12, the Biquette burger for €10 and frog legs à la Persillade for €15. The fish category includes salmon with lemon sauce for €12 and oven-roasted sea bream fillet for €13.50. The desserts include a gourmet coffee for €7, a Faisselle of your choice of either cream, coulis or natural for €3.90, Moelleux with chocolate and English caramel cream for €7, Tarte Tatin for €6.50 or with vanilla ice cream for €7, home made crème brûlée with vanilla for €4.50, mousse au chocolat for €4.50, ice cream or sorbet 2 scoops of your choice for €4, fresh fruit for €4 and l’Ile Flottante à la Praline for €4.
In order to fully enjoy your meal, the chef and his team also offer many different choices of wines. You can find many different wines from the French wine regions, including white wines from the Alsace, such as Riesling Domaine Rentz order the Pinot Gris Domaine Rentz, wines from Burgundy, such as Chablis du Domaine du Colombier and also Bordeaux from Bordeaux du Château Gravelines. You can also find rosé wines on the menu, such as Gris de Gris du Domaine du Trésor – Vin de pays d’OC from Languedoc-Roussillon by bottle of 75 cl and « Soleil d’enfer » - Coteaux d’Aix de Pigoudet from the Provence region. The red wine selection includes Pinot Noir du Domaine Rentz and the Alsace region, Coteaux bourguignons from the region of Sandar in Burgundy, the « Carrat » ABC Bordeaux du Château Gravelines, La Grivelière ACRC from them Brotte region in a Côtes du Rhône and the ACC Chinon du Domaine Raffault from the Loire. Even though the lounge bar is an integral part of the restaurant L'Héliantis, it is open every day of the year from 11 am until the Casino closes.
Events at the Casino in Brides-les-Bains
