The casino restaurant is called "La Planxa", and it lets you enjoy an idyllic and open atmosphere directly at the Mediterranean Sea. In addition to the inside room that is decorated with warm colours it is possible to enjoy the terrace that is overlooking the pool and has stunning views of the sea. This is especially nice during the hot summers.
The chef and his team cam pamper you with dishes that are mostly inspired by Mediterranean a la Plancha cuisine. However, fans of local cuisine can also enjoy a traditional kitchen and various bistro recipes. The restaurant also favours using fresh seasonal produce from the region, as well as fresh fish.
You can enjoy a great selection of dishes when you visit the restaurant. You can find the signature dishes of the JOA group, as well as other dishes and set menus. Among the options are, for example, the JOA menu for €28, which includes a starter, main course and dessert, two glasses of wine and €1.50 in JOA casino chips, and the Tapas menu for €2.80. The menu also has various choices for starters starting from €6,90, such as sea salad, gizzard salad with dried duck breast, a Serrano platter or warm goat cheese salad with thyme. There are also different meat or fish dishes available starting from €11.90, such as duck breast, fish medley à la planxa, the flank steak à la bordelaise or Saint-Pierre fillet à la bordelaise. You can also enjoy desserts from €5.50, such as a cheese platter, Crème catalane, Ile flottante, and many more. A children's menu for €7 is also available for your kids.
You can also enjoy the different JOA dishes, such as starters from €7, and you can choose between the hot-cold JOA Winter Salad, a foie gras terrine with fresh duck and date confit and cocoa, or vol au vent "Terre et Mer" with prawns. Additionally, there are also burgers from €12, various dishes for €15, such as fried meats with shallots, mashed potatoes and olive oil, Gros Cannelloni with poultry stuffing and fried trumpets, or pike perch fillet with skin, lemon crust and sauce. You can also choose from a selection of desserts starting from €6.50. Among them are Baba au rhum "maison" with light vanilla cream, Milles feuilles of gingerbread and orange jam, or "Pain Perdu" brioche with English cream and chocolate spread.
The Casino restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 7 pm in the evening, and Sunday at noon for lunch.
