The Casino offers a unique and friendly area where you can enjoy the different delicacies that the restaurant has to offer. The restaurant has a capacity of 54 people and you can choose to sit indoors with a 30-seat capacity or outdoors at the 24-seat terrace, which is especially nice during the hot summer hours.
The chef offers a menu based on the traditional cuisine highlighting the different specialties of the region, and all dishes are prepared with fresh produce of the region.
You can choose from a varied menu with prices starting from €8.30, as well as different set menus for a reasonable price, such as the Duo menu for €10, the Casino menu for €13, the Roulette menu for €20, the Fridays in Fête menu for €15, and many others.
You can also choose from the regular menu which changes throughout the seasons. Among the specialties are starters, such as a Salad Niçoise, a Greek Salad, Oriental Assiette, Italian Melon, Fish Salad or Antipasti of octopus, artichoke and tomato. The main courses include meats, such as beef tartare, grilled lamb, apricot chicken tajine, duck leg with vegetables or grilled pork and sea food dishes, such as tuna ceviche and fried gambas. The desserts menu includes Chocolate Mousse, Caramel Cream, Fresh Fruit Salad, Ice Cream of the Day, Dry Cheeses or White Cheese and a Gourmet Coffee.
The restaurant at the Casino is open every day from 12 pm to 2.30 pm for lunch and from 7 pm to 11 pm in the evening for dinner.
The Bar at the Casino
The Casino in Allevard also has an area where you can relax and take a break from the games with a refreshment. The bar has a retro style and welcomes you in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
Regarding the drinks, you can find a menu with virtually every type of drink, from hot drinks to champagne, beers, aperitifs, spirits, whiskeys, fruit juices, sodas and all your favorite cocktails starting from €2.
The Bar at the Casino offers a large selection of drinks with or without alcohol, hot or cold. You can order all kinds of drinks, for example appetisers, such as Ricard, Pastis 51, White or Red Martini, Porto, Muscat and others, digestives, such as Bailey's, Cognac and Calvados, draught and bottled beers, long drinks, including whiskeys, gin, rum, vodka and Malibu, soft drinks, such as fruit juices, cola, lemonade and others, mineral and sparkling water and hot drinks, such as coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
The Bar at the Casino welcomes you every day from Sunday to Thursday from 10 am to 3 am and on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 am to 4 am.
The hotel at the Casino in Allevard
The Casino in Allevard also has a hotel where you can stay for a holiday or when you visit the town for a short trip. You can choose from 8 double rooms and 2 rooms on the mezzanine level with two single beds and a sofa bed for families with two children, all offering maximum comfort in a design that is reminiscent of typical mountain architecture.
The hotel of the Casino aims to satisfy all visitors and therefore offer a range of services. You can either just stay in a room, book a room with breakfast, half board or even full board. In order to ensure the comfort and well-being of the guests, each room is also equipped with a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, cable TV, telephone, wireless internet, a gym and more.
Regarding the rates, a double room for 2 people with breakfast is €58, a half-board stay is €73 per person and, during the summer season, a half-board package starts from €1348.
