The Casino in Alet-les-Bains offers a completely different aspect of entertainment, and offers a wide variety of services that will make the stay of their visitors even nicer. The Casino has different games, including slot machines, blackjack, English roulette and Boule 2000. The restaurant « Le Carré d’As »
The restaurant Le Carré d'As has recently been refurbished, and welcomes you now in a new decor that is both soothing and accentuating the friendly atmosphere.
The chef presents a new menu that changes with the seasons. Different set menus are also on the menu.
The menu offers many different starters from €11, such as fish soup with croutons, a duo of half-cooked foie gras with port sauce and onion jam, marinated salmon with tarragon and pink peppercorns, or a platter with different delicatessen meats. The main courses start from €12, and you can select among others the casserole with duck confit in the style of House Aymeric, flank steak with shallots, grilled tuna steak, grilled sirloin steak with roquefort or green pepper sauce, lamb shank confit with garlic, or grilled beef fillet Rossini. You can also select cheeses and desserts starting from €5.50, such as the cheese platter with honey and jam, 3 scoops ice cream and sorbets, a chocolate Pyramid, the Ile Flottante, Crème brulée with Bailey’s or profiteroles with caramel and salted butter.
The chef also suggests some set menus, including the Menu Spécial Jackpot for €18, which includes €8 chips for slot machines, the Menu Gastronomique for €25, and many more. In addition, the restaurant Le Carré d'As invites you to enjoy different services, such as among others the Tapas Buffet, the Buffets Campagnards which is free by invitation and held Monday and Friday evenings, or the Moules Frites for €10, which takes place every Wednesday evening.

The piano-bar at the Casino
