Review written by Sophie Couard, on October 12, 2016.

The town Vittel is well-known for its natural calcium mineral water bearing the same name. You are invited to discover everything the town has to offer, and in addition to numerous religious and cultural objects, such as the Saint-Rémy church, the Saint-Eloi chapel, the Jardins de la Terre, the Vigie de l’eau or the Palais des Congrès, it has a thermal spa with thermal baths and springs, a large gallery and the Palmarium, a thermal park with chalets and pavilions, sports facilities, a hotel complex, the Vittel train station and a Casino.

The Casino in Vittel is one of the five casinos in the Vosges department in the Alsace-Champagne-Ardenne-Lorraine region. It was created within the park itself in 1882 and has been extensively refurbished in 2009. The complex offers many services ranging from games, such as slot machines and traditional table games, including Blackjack, to various entertainment events and dining services.

Casino in Vittel : the games you like

The Casino in Vittel is one of the main meeting places for fans of gambling in and around the Vosges department. The establishment features a 75-device large slot machine selection with different types of games with and without progressive jackpot machines and a games room with 2 Blackjack tables and 6 spaces at an electronic Roulette.

The slot machines

Despite the size of the slot machine selection, the Casino in Vittel is able to satisfy players with different tastes in slot machines. Despite the relatively small number of machines, which is currently 75 machines, the games room is equipped with all types of machines. For this reason, you can find original games and over twenty machines with mechanical reels. Those who prefer games using latest technology can play at around 50 video slot machines with digital screens. There are also over a dozen video poker machines for fans of this poker variant.

In terms of denomination, the slot machines at the Casino allow you to choose a game according to your budget and at the same time allows you to manage the time you play. There are 9 machines for €0.01, 25 machines for €0.02, 1 machine for €0.20, 8 machines for €0.50, 5 machines for €1 and 27 machines that accept multi-denominations, including 4 games with video poker.

The Casino in Vittel also gives the players the chance to win large amounts of money by offering various large progressive jackpots that can be won at many of the slot machines. You can for example play the €1 slot machines Tower of Power Sevens, Black & White Double Jackpot or Silver & Gold and try your luck.

The slot machine room is open Sunday to Thursday from 10 am to 2 am, Friday from 10 am to 3 am, and Saturday from 10 am to 4 am.

The table games

The independent Casino in Vittel also offers something for fans of traditional table games. The establishment offers two tables with Blackjack, one of the most popular games in the world and an electronic version of English Roulette.

Blackjack

If you are passionate about traditional table games or simply card games, you will certainly be entertained at the Casino in Vittel. The Casino offers Blackjack, which is one of the most popular games in the gambling establishments around the world.

The Salle des Grands Jeux has two Blackjack tables. The game derived from the former game 21 and consists of getting a better hand than that of the dealer at the table. In addition to the festive atmosphere in the room, the fact that you are not directly playing against other players is another factor that make this game so popular and thrilling.

Regarding the bets, both tables can accommodate both beginners and more experienced players. The required minimum bet is €2 and the maximum bet per hand is €100. Beginners can also learn the game by asking the dealers in the room.

The two Blackjack tables at the Casino are open from Sunday to Thursday from 8 pm to 2 am, Fridays from 9 pm to 3 am and Saturdays from 9 pm to 4 am.

Electronic English Roulette

English Roulette is another game offered at Casino in Vittel.

This type of game is classified as pure gambling and offers you a unique thrill by mixing traditional Roulette with modern technology. You can play at a touch screen that allows you to both bet and monitor the progress of the games. This version of Roulette works fully automatic without any need for a croupier, and you can place bets on the screen in front of you.

The rules of the game are practically the same as those applied to classic roulette, and you can play at the table regardless of your experience with the game.

The Casino offers 6 electronic English Roulette spaces. You can enjoy the fun of this game at the Casino from Sunday to Thursday from 10 am to 2 am, Fridays from 10 am to 3 am, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 4 am.
