You can also choose from 3 different set menus. including the Menu du Marché for €14.50, the Menu Découverte for €23.50 and the Menu Gourmand for €32.
There are also many gourmet dishes on the menu that you can choose from, including salmon with fresh herbs and declension of citrus, a slab of veal with chanterelles and Amandine apple, endives with ham and béchamel sauce, beef pie with vegetables, smoked salmon on wheat blini, semi-cooked foie gras trilogy and poached pear, arctic char pie with squid ink risotto and sauce, bouriquette and poached egg and bread croutons, stuffed chicken supreme with shrimp sauce Pineau des Charentes and cabbage, crab meat on a guacamole bed with toast, chicken breast fillet with tarragon and vegetables, mouclade or mussels roasted with cidre, Galette de Sarrasin with by salad, and many other dishes.
