I tried to withdraw winnings of just over £700. I was asked to provide usual ID, utility, passport and pictures of visa debit card. I was then asked for a copy of my bank statement proving evidence of funds which my bank provided. I am now being asked for a p60 and tax returns. I retired five years ago and only recently returned to the country so aside from privacy concerns, I dont have these items - more importantly, they were not mentioned in their terms and conditions at the time of joining. Any attempt to get sense of this situation is stonewalled. How do we unlock this default mantra of many online casinos without having to now go to a small claims court in Malta
