Hi there I have been playing ojo now for a while I sent all the documents I had before I could do my first withdrawal of £190 I received a email to say documents verified and last night Thursday I won £20 £20 £50 I tried to withdraw it all its let me withdraw £20 now today I've been trying to with draw my over funds and they are not letting me again I've live chated them and emailed them sent documents of again and they have still withheld my funds so now I've just had to gamble all funds away just because ojo will not let me have them my documents was good enough to let me withdraw £190 I told them I didn't have a pass port or a drivers licence or a age card so I was asked for my birth certificate my council tax bill and bill ive sent alot more then just that its absolutely disgusting how I've been treated I've been withdrawing now for over a month and they should not be aloud to treat paying customers like this I want to make a full complaint against them like making me lose all my funds just because they wont let me withdraw them why are they allowed to do so my family member is on the gambling committee with the government so I'll be asking her to take this as far as I can as £70 to just lose on purpose is alot and I shouldn't of had to do it
