Hello Dear, I deposit in Fun Casino and i win 1500£ and is still pending from 2 weeks. They after ask me for verification documents. So i send around 20 emails with bill of proof address, my driving licence, bank statement from the card what i am depositing, tax return last one , then bank statement from my owe business, then they asked me to complete one document i did, and still is saying that doesn't want to process my withdrawals. Is really sad because I'm quite often playing and this is my first time what is happening to me . Please kindly if you can email them and ask them to process my withdrawals and if they don't want me from the website they can blocked me forever!! But to keep my winnings and reject to pay me is ready disappointing me and make me feel really bad. Because i send them all the information what they wanted. As i say I don't mind if they want to keep block my account but the winnings i think need to be processed. Many thanks Rostislav Lambov

Also i send yesterday email, to double check what is going on and one lady say is everything looking fine just complete this document what we been send you bu email. And i tell her yes i did already, and she told me ok then now the team will check for you.

And now again I'm contacting the live chat, and asking what is going on , and i been told that they need another bank statement from my personal bizz account . And I've ask so why no one is letting me k ow that you need that m? And I received not answer for if . I can just say that i will definitely not recommend Fun Casino because is unprofessional, and you need to ask them they will not let you know what they need. I am still waiting to see what else they will want but obviously is really disappointing from them.

I also explain them that this card what i am deposit i am using for casino not for anything else. I don't know know what they are exactly that i will deposit with my usual card ??? Please if can someone help me to resolve the problem. I'm really tired if them explaining them and still is not enough. Also i send them pictures from the gov site that i owe my company and Statement from my owe company and still is not enough.
