Casino keep stelling me I have to prove ownership of interac account.i don't have a interact account I only have my bank account and bank card that I only use to deposit to casino. I don't understand what they are asking. I deposited with my bank account and bank card numbers of time's and provide my account statement this is still not good enough for release of my winnings over a month ago
